A result-oriented and self-motivated Degree Graduate capable to learn from colleagues and practical experience and capable of taking on complex challenges in assisting and consulting Beneficiary communities in drafting, planning, and implementing donor-funded projects with budgets with the aim to make a real difference in poor people’s lives.

Education   Degree in Business Administration or comparable. Specialization in one or more of the following areas is an advantage: project management, procurement management, information technology.


  • Client and Donor relationship management

  • Supervising implementation of approved project plans
  • Interim reporting about status of implementation to donors and for the Tusaidiane website.
  • Reporting of completed projects to donors and for the Tusaidiane website.

Mobility Project work can require trips (one or  more days) over the whole of Uganda.

Reporting  Consultants are reporting to the Executive Chairman of Tusaidiane Uganda.

  A Junior could temporarily report to a Consultant.
